Our Flow series are progressive and are designed to be done as a full course preferably on the same day and time each week. Each Flow series will be featuring ongoing routines so it's best that you attend all 4 classes on the same day and time each week.
Our Fundamentals classes focus on technique and skill sets. Each month will be dedicated to a specific trick(s) or combo to ensure you progress every month before moving on to a new trick.
If you're unable to make it to your regular class time don't stress! You can make up for it in another Flow or Flexibility class. If you need to cancel your lesson, please do so at least 8 hours before your lesson in order to have your class credit refunded. You can manage your bookings after you sign up for an account by clicking Sign In and click My Bookings.
