How do I book a class?
If you would like to book a single class, click here to be redirected to the booking page.
If you are booking online through the website, you will require a Paypal account.
If you do not have a Paypal account, kindly Whatsapp us on +35699954036 to set up an alternative payment method.

How do I book a class Package?
To book a class package, please go to the booking page.
If you have not created an online account, you will need to fill out your details. 
Once signed into the customer area, please click Prepaid Packages to view our different pricing plans. If it is your first time coming to class, click First Pole Class package or First Flexibility Class Package in order to receive your discounted rate. After purchasing your package, you may resume to the booking page and book your preferred class(es).
If you do not have Paypal, please Whatsapp us on +35699954036 to arrange an alternative payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal payments,BOV bank transfer and cash. Kindly note spaces are limited in class so prepayment is necessary in order to guarantee your space in class.
If you are booking online through the website, only Paypal will be accepted. In order to book using a different payment method, kindly Whatsapp us on +35699954036.

Can I pay in cash on the day of my class?
Prepayment is necessary in order to confirm your booking. If you would like to pay in cash on the day of your class you may do so however your booking will not be confirmed and therefore your space in class will not be guaranteed. It is recommended that you pay in advance in order to ensure you will have a space in class.

What happens if I miss my class?
There is a strict 8 hour cancellation policy for late cancellations or no-shows. If you do not cancel your lesson at least 8 hours before the start of class, your class credit will be forfeited and you will not be refunded. Classes are small and spaces are limited so please book your classes carefully. 

How can i cancel my booking?
Should you need to cancel your lesson, you can do so by signing into your online account on the website .
Once signed into the Customer area, click YOUR BOOKINGS
From there, you will be able to view all your bookings and you can cancel bookings if need be. Just remember to do so at least 24 hours in advance to have your class credit refunded. If you have any trouble, please send us a whatsapp message on +35699954036.
