Our Fundamentals series are progressive and are designed to be done as a full course preferably on the same day and time each week.
If you're unable to make it to your regular class time don't stress! You can make up for it in another Fundamentals or Flexibility class however we highly recommend making it to as many of your regular Fundamental classes as possible to get the most out of them and to keep improving.
